RETURN POLICY All returns & exchanges must be new. We accept only unworn items. Items which have an odor such as perfume, smoke, or any other odor are not accepted as returns. We can not accept items in which the hang tags have been removed, or if the garments have been damaged, stained, laundered, or anything else that would indicate the garment has been worn. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are in new condition, are unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We will credit the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
All refunds will be given in the same method of original payment.

Please be aware these return policies just apply to the items purchased online at kaakao.com as a retail customer.
SHIPPING POLICY • All orders are shipped by USPS business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. • We do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii • Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, you will receive your order within 3 - 7 business days. • We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. • You can select to send a package to: 1. Billing Address– the same address as your billing address for your credit card 2. Shipping Address– an alternate address for you.
RATES FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING $9.00 for first item and $6.00 for each additional item. |
